All of us Baby Boomers are coming of age. Sad to say because I'm one. As we age all those aches and pains come to visit too. One in three Americans suffer with pain. Arthritis, Bursitis, Carpel Tunnel, and on and on. Pain relief has become a multimillion dollar business. The Pharmaceutical Companies have us all taking NSAIDs. (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs). It has been in the news quite a bit of late. New study's are coming out and even the *FDA has began speaking out about the dangers of NSAIDs. Kidney and Liver damage. Heart attack and Stroke, even Death. The FDA is looking at taking Pecocet and Vicodine off the market. Three Tylenol plants were recently closed by the FDA. I stopped taking Tylonol years ago when the news first came out about about the dangers. I switched to Ibuprofen. Now I know it is still a NSAID and has all the dangers too. Aspirin is still a NSAID and can cause stomach and gastrointestinal problems. Aspirin is a brand name owned by the Bayer Corporation and it's real name is acetylsalicylic acid . Hum, acid. What are we suppose to do when every day activity becomes painful and we don't enjoy life as we could? Playing with the kids or grandchildren. Opening a jar or even walking. Golf, Tennis, Soft Ball. It seams the less we move the more it hurts. Activity promotes blood flow. Blood flow send oxygen and nutrients to our body's and reduces inflammation thus the more we move the more our body can heal it's self. It's getting past the discomfort of activity that holds us back. Can we find relief without the dangers of NSAIDs? Yes! http://www.forgetthepain.com/
